DATA HANDLING PRACTICES

How We Manage Your Information

We store your account data on secure servers with multi-layer encryption. Deposits and withdrawals are logged with timestamp, amount and payment method so you can verify every transaction.

Encryption Standard

All deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS use 256-bit SSL encryption from your device to our payment gateway so payment details never travel unencrypted.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your lobby settings. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features will not work.

Withdrawal Verification

Every withdrawal is logged with your account ID, requested amount, method and completion timestamp. You can audit this in Account → Transaction History anytime.

Data Retention

Personal data stays on our servers while your account is open. After closure, we keep name, email and transactions for three years, then delete permanently.

Third-Party Sharing

We only share your data with DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS processors to clear your deposit, and with fraud-prevention partners to detect misuse. We never sell data.

Request Changes Anytime

Update your email, phone or linked payment method in Settings → Account Details. Request data deletion by emailing [email protected] with your username.

Privacy Questions Answered

Here are the questions we hear most often about how we handle your data, account security and privacy rights.

We collect your full name, email, phone number, date of birth, home address and national ID number for account verification. We also record the device type, browser and IP address you use to log in. This data lets us prevent fraud and comply with local regulations.

Transaction records — deposit date, amount, payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS), and withdrawal status — are stored for as long as your account is active, then retained for three years after closure for regulatory compliance, then permanently deleted.

Yes. Go to Settings → Privacy & Data and select 'Download My Information'. We compile your account details, transactions and preferences into a file and email it within 24 hours.

We share only the information necessary to process your deposit or withdrawal with DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS operators. We do not sell your data. Fraud-detection partners also see deposit amounts and timing to flag suspicious activity.

Your account details and transaction history remain on our servers for three years to meet financial-reporting requirements, then are deleted permanently. You can request immediate deletion of non-regulatory data by contacting [email protected].

Passwords are encrypted with bcrypt hashing so we never store them in plain text. Session cookies expire after 30 minutes of inactivity on mobile or one hour on desktop. You can log out anytime from Settings → Active Sessions.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your lobby language and game filters. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. You can disable them in your browser, though some features will not function properly.
